This is the third house that I have put an offer on. I just found out the they "the man at the bank" accepted my offer. Now I can only pray that the home inspection doesn't find anything really really bad. I'm excited!!!
Oh ya I forgot how to pray. Does anyone else remember?

Nice bushes! Does it have a decent backyard? It looks like it from the picture. A garage too? How many bedrooms? A basement? I am keeping my fingers crossed for you! I can't wait for the move in BBQ!

It has a really nice deep back yard, a 2 car garage that needs some TLC, 4 bed rooms, and no basement. I just google maapped it and the house looks to be about a mile from Toyota. I can stumble a mile for sure.

When is the inspection?
Friday at 6. If it goes well we may need to go out for drinks.
